We are currently working on plans on how Down Range TV will follow up on the topics you'll see on the TV shows. I cannot guarantee that you will be able to watch entire TV shows on Down Range, but follow ups and in depth stuff that couldn't be covered during the 30 minute shows is high on our priority list.

A section for the new show will show up here on Down Range way before January 09. As a matter of fact, I am already going through layout and content.

1st CONGRATULATIONS ;D Michael.

One of my original quotes that seemed to me that other shows got more air time than SG.

"I wish Shooting Gallery could have 3 related shows, Shooting Gallery, At the range with Shooting Gallery,, and maybe one on one with Michael Bane, something to that effect, I know Michael has so much spare time, but!!!"

2 out of 3 ain't bad to quote " Meatloaf", now Cowboy's not withstanding, We need at least 30 minutes more, on the range with SG perhaps.

Self defense TV with Walt Rauch, produced by Michael Bane, I'm on board. I do understand about the cloning part, so much stuff, so little of you to share. Remember if it was easy, Lancelot Link Secret Chimp could do it.

The channel will in the near future start simulcasting all SD shows in HD.

Simulcasting will give the viewers the opportunity to see their favorite shows at the same scheduled time in high definition.

It's not often you meet someone in person you've seen TV and walk away even more impressed than before, but Walt's definitely one of those people. Sounds like my post election depression won't last long with a great new show waiting for me on the OC!

I've spent this week working on the content "grid," and it looks like a show that I would want to watch. Am tiptoeing through negotiations with a Hollywood studio to allow me to do our scenarios on a soundstage where we can shoot...that wou;d be SO cool!

I've slightly retargeted SHOOTING GALLERY so the two shows are complimentary and work together. The 2009 season of SG looks to me like the best ever.

I've also refocused COWBOYS on guns and shooting and away from more generic Old West stuff. Marshal (and, yes, Marshal'ette) have stepped into more of a content role there, working with my new host, Ron "Tupelo Flash" Stein.

We'll have full Internet-integration on the three shows by Quarter 1 2009, too...something that a lot of people talk about but darn few even try.

So does directv but i have to get the ultimate package to get, well worth it i think.

Actually, you can get TOC ala carte, you will probably have to argue with them, the lead person I talked to said it was impossible, I had to becomes something of an a$$hole and make him regret getting up that morning, he finally relented and passed me on to someone else, after maybe 10 minutes of arguing.

At that point, I got TOC added ala carte. I think it is $2.99 extra per month.

On a separate note, the shows that left TOC (Intermedia's PDTV, G&A, etc.) found a home. From Friday's Shooting wire at

Post by: ellis4538 on August 09, 2008, 04:50:21 PM: My local CC (Time Warner) decided to re-align channels so that they are grouped by subject...really screwed things up. I think they call it progress. One day I find that OC is now excluded from the package I am paying for and that I will have to pay extra for OC and a few other extra channels. As much as I hated to I called twice and said I was not paying extra - I was paying too much already and cancelled OC. Several days later someone from the CC called to ask me a few questions. I told her exactly what I thought, which was " Charge me extra and site inflation or whatever but do not use re-alignment for the convience of customers as a reason and then charge more (without telling me until the bill comes)for what I am already getting." Then I apologized for taking out my frustration on her. Well, they still haven't turned off OC and they are not charging me for it so I will be able to get SG and BD until they discover their error. On top of all this she tells me that the package I am paying for is no longer available but if I was a new customer I could get a better package for $10+ LESS but only if I was a new customer - Boy does that suck! but I could get a slightly better package for just a bit more than I am paying now. I kept my temper and thanked her and repeated my refusal to pay any more than I am paying. My wife does not want to change providers so I'm stuck. Sure hope nobody finds out that I'm getting OC without paying for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
