Title: Well, it didn't take long to discover the first unintended consequence...
Post by: JLawson on July 02, 2013, 11:34:04 PM
From the article:
Quote
One day into the Colorado ban on magazines that hold more than 15 rounds of ammunition, pawn shop owners have discovered the first unintended consequence of the new law — people who’ve pawned weapons with now-outlawed 30-round magazines can’t get the magazines back, even if they pay off their pawnshop loans.

Yea, our illustrious self proclaimed smart leaders in the CO. State capitol didn't think of the ripple effect just as they didn't think they would drive businesses out of the state along with 400 to 500 that lost, soon lose their jobs when Magpul leaves. It was funny after they legislated the new laws regarding magazines and realized that Magpul is pulling the plug, they tried to back peddle and re-legislate another law so Magpul wouldn't leave. They all need to fill out an ID10T form

There have been a few recall attempts with the big success being the recall of Morris, the Senate majority leader.  While I applaud the recall effort I think more needs to be done, make an example out of him.  I'm thinking a modern equivalent of tar and feathering-destroy the man professionally and personally so that he is a social pariah.

Since TomB is MIA, someone has to say it.

Rule 5: Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It’s hard to counterattack ridicule, and it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.
