Title: Had good luck with Rim Rock and Brunos
Post by: JoeG on July 14, 2013, 09:08:27 PM
Ordered bullets from Rim Rock and they came in 3 days even with regular shippping. THey look good and load and shoot fine. Very happy. thanks for the tip

Bruno's had primers and powder even though the prices were a bit steep it is still cheaper than buying ammo. Service was good as well.

Tried the Bullet works as well but they told me after I ordered that it would take 3 months! Not impressed since their site showed all in stock!

Back to pulling the lever....

I like dealing with Bruno. They usually have more in stock than their website shows. He gets shipments in almost daily.

Yep Bruno's had small pistol primers, but at 6 cents ea.  twice what I normally pay, but hey, it's better than nothing.

Got my order shipped and received in a week.  +++++ to Bruno

He's high, but at least he's got them. I paid around $65.00 for 1,000 Magnum Benchrest Primers a month or so ago. They're for loading my .300 Win. Mag. rifles. That round gets costly by the time you factor in the Berger VLD bullets at $50.00 a hundred, the brass, and 75+ grains of powder for every round. Let's face it, our sport is going to get more expensive. Hell, it already has.

Or even golf. The last time I went golfing it was $20.00 for 18 holes, and that included a cart!
