Appropriate response to the picture is chum..
Appropriate response to the policy is to make the US/Mexico Border a National Park. That way we would win either way. They would stop all foot traffic to protect the Kangaroo Rat or close it to punish the dependent subjects into submission..

The next hurricane may have something to say about Ocean access.
If you can't get to the ocean, the ocean can still get to you.

They were called back to work in other instances, maybe at OT if they want the effect to be on more than one shift, ...to make sure all the selected pain is suffered.

The national park service tried to shut down Mt Vernon.

Oops. Mt Vernon is totally owned by a private non-profit corp. it sits on private land.
