Jerry is the most amazing shooter I have ever seen, him and the late Bob Munden.

I watched them both shoot a snub, upside down at 200 yards and burst a balloon...amazing, both of them!  Actually, I think Jerry shot a coke can...

Even though your words are what are known as superlatives, (like perfect and random, they leave no room for modifiers) they somehow fall a little short in describing this awesome shooter.

There should be something in the English language that denotes a level above perfection.

And yes, I know this is a semantic impossibility.  But the dude is so much better than "most amazing."

Sheesh...  I am arguing with my own sense of reason.

sub·lime  (s-blm)
adj.
1. Characterized by nobility; majestic.
2.
a. Of high spiritual, moral, or intellectual worth.
b. Not to be excelled; supreme.
3. Inspiring awe; impressive.
4. Archaic Raised aloft; set high.
5. Obsolete Of lofty appearance or bearing; haughty: "not terrible,/That I should fear . . . /But solemn and sublime" (John Milton).
n.
1. Something sublime.
2. An ultimate example.

And I agree, Miculek and Munden qualify.

Of the two, Jerry seems to be the most versatile and Bob seemed to be the fastest, at least with a single action.

Bob seemed to be most proud of his ability while Jerry seems more pleased and tickled by what he does.

Munden was more humble than his TV persona.... it was part of his 'thing'........... and he could shoot a myriad of guns about as well as he could his SA (and was a heck of a gunsmith, from what I read and saw in an interview)...... it just seemed everyone wanted to see him shoot the sixguns more than anything (myself included). On one TV episode he opened a safety pin with a 1911 and hit a target at 200 yards with a NAA mini .22lr.

Jerry is as natural with any and all firearms as anyone I've seen...... he is a shooter's shooter, if you will.

I would easily categorize both men in the superhuman arena.

OK, one two more.... I never get tired of these:
