It's called a "Drilling" and while they are USUALLY 2 shotgun and one rifle barrels they are pretty common in Germany.

Why stop at just 3?  Go for 6 so you can be Jim Bowie with his Nock gun.

I thought a knock had 7 barrels.   alot of the old navel guns were  damn scary.

It's one of those guns that looks cool as hell but just doesn't work out so well in real life.
