Title: NRA Convention in Indy
Post by: Ping on February 15, 2014, 07:54:29 PM: Who all is planning on attending the NRA Convention in Indianapolis this year? I plan on being there and volunteered to help out on the air gun range Friday and Saturday.

Post by: gunman42782 on February 17, 2014, 11:58:25 AM: I probably could ask off, as I work every weekend, but I have been to two NRA meetings, the one in Charlotte, NC in 2000, and the one in Louisville, KY a few years back. They are a lot of fun. Got to see Charlton Heston give a speech at Charlotte, something I will always remember.

Maybe next year. I always look forward to the announcement of the next location.

Post by: Ping on April 14, 2014, 07:45:15 PM: I had volunteered months ago to help out as a NRA Instructor. I am helping Friday and Saturday on the Air Gun Range from 1:00-6:30PM. I am super stoked about the NRA Meeting. Hope to meet up with you all down there.

I was told this evening there is a NRA Instructor meeting at 1 p.m. Saturday but am scheduled to be working the air gun area. Really looking forward to Indy hosting the event and hope it goes off well.
