Title: Los Angeles Times - escape kidnappings & violence in Mexico by coming to U.S.

The L.A. Time is reporting that the elite are fleeing Tijuana Mexico (where guns are illegal) to head to San Diego (where guns are legal) in order to escape violent crime:
