90-year-old charged with weapons violations. His crime? He owns a .22 caliber air rifle and 13 rounds of .22 rimfire ammo

A 90-year-old Teignmouth man has appeared in court on firearms charges.John Loud, 90, of Long Orchard, Pound Road, is accused of possessing a .22 air rifle without holding the required firearms certificate at Shaldon on February 12.
The other offence alleges on the same day he had 13 .22 rimfire cartridges without being a firearms certificate holder.

WOW!! :o What an arsenal. An air gun (was it fuctional?) and 12 rounds of .22 (probably shorts) that he doesn't have any way to shoot. He could have started world war III !!

If that happens you will see my picture in the post office. As in so many other countries the communists can kill me, but they will NEVER drive me from my country, They can kill a man but they can NEVER defeat a man who does not give up.

VIVA LA RESISTANCE!!!!! Need to refine my Spanish, if BHO gets elected with the open border extension, I'll need to be bilingual, not just the profanity parts but actual words and phrases. ::)
Can't gun owners just like, make Montana its own country or something? The Armed Territory of Montana. We'll post signs at the border and have a .0000001 crime rate. Just a thought. Coffee is starting to kick in.
