The rifle is nice.... But that Kimber is awesome!

Alright they got up. Well I will write you all what I wrote Haz when I sent him these. Sorry for the poor pics I will get some better ones soon.
My Rifle is a Puma 92 which is a clone of the Winchester 1892 and I believe the digital camera I used is an original 1892.
My Kimber I wanted in the pic cause I always talk about it. I love it. I shoots way better than I do and it is one of the guns that just makes looking good easy. I cant wait till tomorrow I am going to go try the Puma out.
Well I am having another night of John Wayne and Lever Gun Love. LOL ;) ;) ;D
Hey thanks Haz for putting these up for me.

There's a joke there with the Kimber and Puma and the cartridges, but I ain't going there . . .
Even though this post is labelled gun porn . . .
;D

MMMMMMMMM...Gun porn...I love gun porn. (Great lookin' set you have there Ksail...Enjoy!)

Awesome.....................I think I'm in luuuuvvve.. ;D

I see venison on the Barbie! Very nice. Mac.

Great finish on the PUMA, and the Kimber well,,, its a Kimber ::)
My .02 cents(pre-tax) is to never Pledge or use a spray polish on the stock, use a light furniture oil like for antique stuff. I have a literal antique store of oak, cherry, walnut, etc,.. furniture and it is never sprayed. The rifle will last generations, one to be handed down, and discussed for future forums like this one 100 years from now, (If our world makes it that long.) Sorry tombogan, had to throw the pessimistic disclaimer in there. :-\
Enjoy it Ksail, another one to add to my "got to get" list.

Hey Sorry I havent been on much so I havent had a chance to read any of the new replies. Thank you all for the kind words. And thanks Haz for answering some questions. I have been working very hard lately so it seems like I go to work and then come home and go to bed.
I am not ignoring anyone I really like all the comments.
I love my rifle for everything that it means. It shows, to me, the kindness and love of the human race. It shows patriotism and makes me feel like some one cares somewhere. My rifle is treated at all times with the up most respect weather it is me holding it, Or someone else looking at it. I think that everyone who I show it to understands what it means to me so thank you all one more time.
BTW I havent had a chance to write all the people that I normally do so dont think I forgot about you, just crazy busy. I should be relaxing in a couple weeks here.
And Haz you are still old. ;D
-
YEP! !
But old and treacherous will out do youth and enthusiasm every time. ;)

That Law of Nature works for me too.
Mac.

Hey K, it seems like we all take our turns at being too busy to think straight or do anything fun. I was just saying to my wife how we need to simplify our life, not make it more complicated. She agrees, but it's hard to make big changes and you just "gotta do what you gotta do".
I'm glad you at least get time to reflect on the good things in life.
-
Busy is good, and Busy is bad, Busy makes the coin jingle in the pocket, too busy makes KSail a dull boy, and me too. I've been at it for too long, and have recently decided to start shooting competition again and many of you have read my posts, overall, I feel better and stand a little taller for the exercise. Do what you must, but remember to leave some you time, and if you have a family, some we time.
Best of luck.
