Title: Excellent Article on Lubrication of Firearms
Post by: CDR on June 22, 2008, 01:39:43 PM
Here is an outstanding article on gun lubrication written by Grant Cunningham, one of the top revolver gunsmiths in the country.  I think most will be surprised with his findings......enjoy.

Good article. Changed my views on several things including motor oil, which I haven't used but thought would be good. I am on my way to the auto parts store.

I'll pick up some ATF next time I'm at the parts store.  Can't hurt.

Anybody else use Ed's Red solvent? Now I see why it works so well.
