Title: Kids Say the Darndest Things...
Post by: CZShooter on June 22, 2008, 09:32:41 PM
I thought we could use a thread like this...kinda like the joke thread. I'll start things off.

My wife came up and hugged me today. She then pulled up my shirt and asked "why are you carrying a gun in the house?" My 9 year-old son piped up and said "...in case someone breaks in". I just smiled.  :) You have to realize my son is autistic, and we've never had these conversations. It just made sense to him.

Smart can overcome a challenge.

When I got my new shotgun a friend was admiring it and my great grandson wanted for me to pick him up as I did my friend gave back the shotgun(empty of course) so there I stand gun I one hand 18 month old in the other,Little feller leans over rubs the gun looks at me and says"oooooooo gun" I swear the boy is after my heart! Of course my wife thought I was being a little quick when I bought him a Ruger MkII before he was even born, Hey I got a deal. OK ;D
