There have been several references to it, but let's come right out and say it, M'ette's new avatar is outstanding!
Let me make a couple of comments;
1- WOW
2- M'ette, you making it difficult to be considered "one of the boys"
3- Marshal, you are one lucky guy.

You know, Tom, it's interesting that you mentioned that question. Hazcat and I were discussing derringers on another thread a while back as a gift for his GF, and since he doesn't seem to remember to ask, I'll ask if Marshal'ette has a favorite two-shooter and maybe a favorite bodice rig? Just research you understand. Haz would want to know. ;D Great next avatar awaits, M'ette.

Actually Mac I know you support the bodice rig but personally I favor a leg holster. But maybe we should do some more intensive research. I'm sure M'ette will help as carry options for women are a hot topic. (http://www.clicksmilies.com/s1106/teufel/devil-smiley-019.gif)

Now you guys have gone and done it !!!
I've been trying to behave all weekend ... and it has been really tough.
I've been getting ready for a bike trip over the fourth, and needed to replace some leather. All the GOOD sites intermix the guy's and gal's stuff. I get done picking out a new vest and chaps (or crotchless pants as I explain them to the wife just before feeling the SMACK), I come over here and what do I find ... :o WOW :o

There is no derringer in a garter holster.. but there WAS a garter... but it was holding no holster..LOL
and I wasn't packin' that weekend. No need...
With 500 cowboys/cowgirls all with loaded guns all around.. only a fool would have walked in there and tried to stir trouble. ;)

(2HOW.. I like the cowgirl stuff better too..(so did my horse) but this is fun to dress up in once and awhile)

Being new to the Forum, I remember the first time I saw your avatar. The first thing I noticed was the Cowgirl Hat. The second thing was your genuine and radiant smile.
The next was the value of what you said in your posts.
I to like your new avatar for all the reasons listed here, but again what is most eye catching is, again, your smile.
Even M. Wales with a cigar in her mouth still has that smile.
As for your quote about not looking good in anything.....you will, as soon as you smile.

I swear, I'm gonna take the keyboard away form Marshal.
I have been doing massages a good portion of the day and I come in and he is grinning that cat swallow the canary grin....
which is a pretty good sign that something is up and I'm involved.
Yeahh I had my finger on the trigger.. ( it was empty and I DID check) ;) Clint Eastwood had HIS finger on that same trigger so I HAD to have my finger on the trigger.. ;D
