The "alleged" crime happened back in 2003-2009, but they were just indicted this week.

Two former Glock executives and their wives have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Kansas, accused of participating in a bribery and kickback scheme.
Charged were James “Craig” Dutton, 42, of Acworth, who was an assistant national sales manager for Glock; his wife, Lisa Delaine Dutton, 42, of Acworth; Welcome D. “Bo” Wood Jr. of Florida, whow as Eastern regional manager for Glock, and his wife, Paula Ann Wood, 63.
Also indicted was a Kansas firearms distributor accused of paying more than $1 million in bribes to Glock executives.

John Sullivan Ralph III, 40, of Kansas; Welcome D. “Bo” Wood, Jr., 65, of Oviedo, Fla.; and Paula Ann Wood, 63, also of Oviedo, were also indicted on the same charges.
According to the indictment, Ralph, who was the owner of Global Guns & Hunting Inc., located in Olathe, Kan., secretly paid Glock executives to secure preferential treatment over other firearms distributors.
