He's right, DEPENDING ON LOCATION, his yard, his lawn mower = his business, no one else s.
The caveat's are, the assumption that he lives in a rural area, not a housing development in the middle of town.
Short barreled shotguns are NFA weapons. And alcohol and guns don't mix, but neither do alcohol and lawnmowers.

I wish that I knew what I know now, when I was younger,....Rod Stewart,.. I know, I know, but in the Jeff Beck days, it was better.

My hair's going quick these days,... but my mower loves me. ;)

My mower starts on the first pull... or else. It might end up like the last one.  ;)
