I want you to picture two iconic movie scenes.

Jaws - Police Chief Martin Brody (Roy Scheider) - "You're gonna need a bigger boat!"

Apocalype Now - Jay (Chef) Hicks (Frederic Forrest) - "Never get out of the boat."

I just don't know which applies to the following. Maybe it's "never leave the house"....

It just means that you should never sit next to Asian/aboriginal looking, hip hop dressing, twentysomethings on a bus in Canada. Otherwise you perfectly safe.
