Man, Remington just can't catch a break! On the bright side, it looks like they're coming out with a slab-sided striker-fired gun... :D

It's how I proved myself useful, often, when I worked in Corporate America. Little things like product placement, checking what's in the background, and stepping back from the minutia and thinking "what's that say to the average reader/viewer? To the sophisticated reader?"
Problem is, you point out enough of these "nits" to executives and wanna-be executives and they don't like having you around. Then when there's a boo-boo, they want you to fix it... yesterday.

Liberal Marketing Team.
What? It's a gun, isn't it? Who can tell the difference?

I think the division that sells the accessories at Remington only gives a crap about selling more cases and not guns. That case is probably some Chinese stuff rebranded from Pelican with the Remington logo. Pelican just used a Glock since it's the most popular pistol. So the accessories manager is thinking why bother taking a new picture anyway. That costs money out of my budget.

Same promo team for Downton Abbey....... 8)

We had a big word for it, but basically if your paycheck says Remington, you should be concerned about all products under that name, not just your little niche.

The scary part of that was the photo crew who had no idea. Who let's some one with such little gun knowledge have a firearm and ammo apparently unsupervised.
