Hopefully sometime in the near future I would like to purchase one of these in 40 S&W with the AS trigger. How long have you had this firearm? Are there any problems that I may need to know about before purchasing?
-
A few years, I did not have any problem with it.
The QA trigger is much better than the AS and the DAO trigger is perfect for someone who is a revolver shooter (and perfectly safe for handling like reholstering under stress conditions)

Looks like a PX-4 Beretta Storm. Bill T.

I've had the P99 AS in full size for about 3 years now and really like it. While the DA pull on the first shot is stiff, the SA pull and reset are quite good. And the beauty of the AS is that you can carry it in DA mode for safety, but can put it in SA by just pulling the slide back a 1/4". I haven't tried the QA but I'm betting it's a better trigger than my XD.
If they would make a 5" barrel version and if the magazines were about 1/2 the price, I'd shoot it in competition in a heart beat. For fun I may take mine out anyway.

No chance of a sale? ;D Just kidding. Nice weapons. Hope to find a full size 9 someday.
