Matthew Bracken's article on When the Music Stops is worth reading if you haven't already. Or if you have, worth re-reading. It goes along with the thread of ANOTHER durn GOOD reason to stay armed & ready at ALL times!! (http://www.downrange.tv/forum/index.php?topic=30324.0) We had our own, though minor, version of an intersection take-down in Atlanta a decade or two ago.
One thing I noticed is that Bracken did not comment on how other countries would respond. Whether the Mexican government or the drug cartels would attempt an invasion. Or how China, Russia, or Iran might try to take advantage of this. And he may well have explored this line in other articles.
I realize that such speculations could turn his article into an entire book.
