PS:  You think being a Dad is great.....wait until you see your kids grow and suddenly you realize you are a Grandpa or Grandma!  Sorta gives the saying "Spoilum and send um home" a whole new meaning!  LOL

Took all the rifles and sons (3) to the range where we had a blast (pun intended).    Middle son owns a FN PS 90 in 5.27.  Fun to shoot and ammo is right now, in bulk cheaper than .223.    So 1,000 rounds later a good time was had. 

I got 50# of green peanuts to boil and a pound of fresh, straight off the hog, real thick bacon.   So much fat and so little water it cooks in practically no time.  I cooked it on the grill outside for added flavor this morning.
