Thank you. Thank you. As I've said several times, while "suppressor" may be the current term, both the patent as well as the NFA refer to them as "silencers." Of course the great debate will continue regardless.
Nicely done.
The chances of overturning any part of NFA are probably not too great though. Not to stray too far into political group, but we're always fighting a defense battles at the national level. I don't hold out hope for any change to NFA in my lifetime.

Can we play the word game against the ATF? I mean right now I have a "suppressor" sitting at my FFL just waiting for the Form 4. Since it is in fact a "suppressor" and not a "silencer", can I just go pick it up now? ;D
