I was getting gas before the wife came home yesterday evening and heard on the radio, a story about some asshat using a "High Powered Shotgun"..
I don't know what it is but I'm sure I want one!.. (On a "conservative" radio station, too.. :( )

I think they have a pistol grip stock and handle on the fore-end.
If they are black, it doubles the power factor.
-
And if it has an extended magazine tube , it is capable of shooting down starships.
-
Don't forget the heat shield! That makes it even more deadly... ::) ::)
-
And you need a tactical fore end with a tactical light. That increases power by an order of magnitude.

I think it has that thing by the shoulder that goes up. ;)

Probably fires 410 rounds at a time without reloading. I mean that's almost 40 times more powerful than those little 12 things they shoot defenseless skeet birds with.
-
Here's another example of the anti's stupidity.
They claim that things like concealed carry, stand your ground, and Constitution carry will turn America into the OK Corral, they miss the fact that an average weekend in Chicago, with it's insane gun restrictions is 5X more dangerous than the OK Corral was during the gunfight.
They are afraid America will turn into the "wild West"?
Thinking people wish our cities were that safe.
-
if it was the wild west, the same people would not be able to survie as they have no practical skills.
-
They could always go to ranching.
They certainly have plenty of experience at shearing the sheep.

Youth 1100 stocks in 12 ga are hard to find, in 20 they are a dime a dozen.
I would think you could cut 2" off a stock and then get a 2" butt pad.
-
Maybe a 10 gauge or a 3-1/2" 12 gauge is high powered. The lord only knows what these people are thinking.

It's a 20 I may have a chance of getting, so that's good news.

My 1st gun was a youth 1100 in 20. Taught more people to shoot clqys with it then you can shake a stuck at. Almost no recoil with target loads.
-
It has a 25ish inch barrel, I'll probably get an 181/2 and use it for an all purpose gun.
-
That doesn't sound like a high power shotgun whatever that means.
