Next week, SIGARMS will be introducing their newest corporate spokesperson, Sam, from Day-By-Day comixs!
She'll be appearing on the SIGARMS site on — appropriately enough — Valentine's Day, but yo can get a sneak peak of her wallpaper right here on the ole Bloggeroonie...

Every so often a comic strip comes along that so perfectly captures the temper of the time it's hard to imagine not reading it every morning. DAY BY DAY, Chris Muir's brilliantly comedic and topical daily Internet dose of Sam and Zed and Damon and Jan, has become required reading for more than 10 million people, from the very heart of the gun culture to the steaming recesses of Washington D.C. The interplay of the four characters, ranging in politics from liberal to slightly to the right of Stonewall Jackson, showcases the push-pull of today's complex world - not surprising that DAY BY DAY came from the Internet instead of the flagging mainstream media. And for those of us in Gun World, any strip that can proudly proclaim that God is on the side of John Browning has a direct path to our hearts. And Sam...sigh...she looks so good with that...SIG...

In all seriousness, thank you for turning me on to this strip. It is one of the funniest and most though provoking I've read in a long time.
And did you notice, Sam appears to have one of them new fangled Sig 556 carbines, as well as - what - a 226 on the thigh holster. How cool is that!!

Finally found it. Here is the ultimate in "Hot Chicks with Guns" - This is "Hot chicks with Israeli Military Training and Guns".
These are the women of the IDF (Israeli Defense Force - as pictured in above posts). They are definitely hot, and me thinks they know how to field strip a rifle too (No pun intended).
