Title: France & Their Raghead Problem
Post by: billt on November 14, 2015, 09:30:05 AM
The only thing that surprises me about any of this, is that it didn't happen sooner. It didn't happen worse. And it didn't happen HERE.

Just wait awhile and it will.

Wait till after Obama's "refugee's" are settled in and found the welfare offends office.
Then it will be here.
If you fill your pond with beavers you have no right to complain about dams.
Same idea applies to savage animals and violence.

Last night, I got a phone call from an old buddy who's well connected with various government alphabet organizations.  Word being passed is we will see an attack on American soil during the holidays.

They are here.  They are equipped.  And they want the downfall of our formerly great country.

Stay vigilant, my brothers (and sisters).

Yes, I've geared up in response to a mag fed sidearm, light, shillelagh and avoidance.

Can I make a difference?  It remains to be seen, but doing nothing is the governments job!

My new job is 65 miles away  :-\ I always have food and water to make the trek home if the need arises. I also have extra layers and a rain jacket in the car. I vacillate back and forth on a long gun (I don't mind leaving it in the car, unless I might not see it again) not to mention company policy "prevents" firearms from being carried or stored on company property. Oregon law doesn't treat vehicles as private party in this circumstance, rather it becomes a container. (Yes I know  ::) ). I still may have access to 2 pistols & mags at any given time but that is purely hypothetical. An AR pistol would be nice, hmmm...  ;)

Yep, extra mags on my person also...... may be time to tuck a carbine and mags in the truck..... might also be time to get off my duff and finish my AR pistol build so it can serve in the vehicle (short barrel and short buffer should make an "easier to fire from seated in a vehicle" gun).

If more people had the mindset of some this forum's core members we might not have got this far gone over the last thirty years.....

Can I make a difference now?
Maybe not on a large scale...but I have to continue to believe that I can in my immediate area (to those around me, family & friends) or I might as well give up now.

This nation is already up on the lip of the frying pan......and it's not a far leap into the fire.

It would make a difference to me to be able to give some fight back rather than lay on the floor waiting to be slaughtered....no matter how effective my fight was.

I'm with you Magoo.  A water straw or two, lightweight pocket tent, etc.  Civil unrest, I bolt and get home.

An EMP event and I'm about 35 miles from home and expect 2 nights before making it home.  Walking shoes are important....I used to not have anything but the loafers I wore into town but that won't cut it.   However...if some kid leaves his bicycle outside I'll be home first night.

We have a weapons policy but I got it waved.....

Right now I'm four miles from home at the shop but that location is closing in a few months.  Our main shop is seven miles from home.

Walking I'm 1-3 hours at a fast limp, molle pack with needed gear is always in the car/truck with extra ammo and mags.  We're a non-gun facility but the VP gave the wink to allow me to keep a sidearm in the car at work.

I don't have a hydration bladder in my pack.  I do have 2 extra magazines and a box of 50 in it. Change of clothes, 3 pair socks.  9 MRE"s.  Water purification equipment.  Good boots next to the pack.  The pistol and two magazines is secured in a strong box hidden in the car near the pack.  Hopefully, I can get to the car if I'm at work.  I'm 43 miles from home, parking lot to driveway.

Two days.................without too much trouble.
