79%...but still enough for them to think I have a PhD

Speaking of degrees, some time ago I saw an explanation for the initials.

BS - well, we all know what BS is.
MS - More of the Same
PhD - Piled Higher and Deeper

Norton and McAfee are both fine with that site.

Your Score: 85%

Congratulations - you got your doctorate! It's clear that you've put in some solid years in grad school.

Not bad for a high school grad. I never read the classics so that hurt me.

The reason I posted the 1st one was because we had fun with the "test" that Rastus posted, so here's another one, probably be some more.
I'm getting them from face book and sharing my results there if any one want's to check against the scores I post here.
On this one I got 29/30, I knew the answer they WANTED  on the other but it isn't fully correct.

I don't wait for it to shut down twice.  Many times I will quit on my own, but when this one started throwing up phishing warnings I asked "Why am I wasting my time?", and I went back out to the shed to work on some toys.

I know.
Last grade I completed was 8th, got my GED with out studying.
50 years of reading and thinking about what I read
All it took was a little curiosity and a library card.

I've never seen a football game, or any professional sports for that matter, but I took the football quiz anyway. Most of the questions you have a 50-50 chance of being right.

Your Score: 60%
General admission
Hey, you're not too bad. Maybe you're not a crazy mega-fan, but you know your NFL. Here are some general admission tickets!

Spent an hour or so doing some plumbing today!  New faucet in the bath...  It's quite nasty what can build up in a sink drain...

I know all I need to know about plumbing,
Hot on the left
Cold on the right
Shit runs downhill
and, Don't bite your fingernails.
The rest is just details

Yeah, but knowing what a rag stuffed tight enough to seal a vent pipe does is enjoyable to contemplate.  Getting it done is the challenge.

Yes.

And also why toilet flush levers are on the side they are on (traditionally anyway...some fancy new ones are in the middle now).

That's just dumb. Like those stupid fluffie covers, some more womens crap to make the lid fall down while your trying to piss.

No, why is hot almost always on the left ?
I've run across 1 or 2 "owner built" (read idiots delight) where that wasn't true.
Frame was a joke as well, studs 20 inches on center WTF ?
Bet TAB has seen some real abortions too. LOL

19th century plumbing was all cold water and since most of the population was right handed, it made sense to mount the pump on the right side of the sink basin.

When hot water became available, it was easier to put the hot on the left since the right side was already occupied.  Eventually it become national code..

Same for the flusher.......majority of folks are right-handed....original indoor toilets had high-mounted tanks above their heads with a pull-chain to flush. When sitting, the chain hung on the left side so as to be operated by pulling with the right hand. As toilets evolved, the flush mechanism stayed on the left, also to be operated via the right hand when sitting.
