just had 23 units of ACX plywood delivered.  1840 sheets of 3/8.

let the batch cutting begin.  I have a feeling like I'm going to kiss my power feed rollers.

what really blows my mind as I had to order a drum of Titebond 3( wood glue)

About 2 hours per create.  Picking up 60 every 2 weeks.

10 weeks is a good thing.  If you could finagle a way to get year long or even 6 month contracts it would be doubly good serving as a base to cover the slack time in other jobs...if you have slack time.

The idea is too get all the panels made in 3 weeks and then just put them together as needed.   I am building jigs today for that out of angle iron.  It is a 5 month contract. Its a I can keep 2 guys working type deal.
