Does anyone use these? If so what kind do you have? I been looking at them and this one seems to be one of the better ones. It's $9.95 to download it. I've never done anything like this before, and I don't know if my phone, (a year old Motorola Moto G), will support it? For example do I need to download a GPS program, or is it already in the phone? Also, how can I tell if my phone is v-1.6 or higher? (That's what's required for the download).
I'm more afraid of myself than the product. A lot of these are really information overload, but they are really nice once you figure them out. Are they relatively easy to use? Right now I'm trying to educate myself before I download anything. I mainly want the drop tables out to, and beyond 1,000 yards. They have these with most all of the modern, long range bullets currently on the market. And it say's they are always providing updates for new bullets as they become available. What say you guys?

Quite a few of the guys on a FB reloading and long range group use and like a free android app called Strelok. I downloaded it but have not messed with it enough to see if it is all they say it is.

I also had this one (also free) called Sniper Calculator on my old phone, but never used it much either...I have not loaded it on my latest phone (I'm going backwards with my phone from what others are doing....less crap).

Bill,
I do not know the phone you have, however if it is recent, then it has GPS built in, and most likely turned on if you have not turned it off. Also, if you have a newer phone, you are well above that version (depends on carrier some). Latest version is Android 6. Usually you can get the version by going to Settings->System->Phone Information (or About Phone).
That said, I am one who uses Strelok. They also have a lot of scope reticles in the database (more in the paid version), so you get that as well. I have an Easy MOA & Mil Calculator, however I do not really use it (also free).

I just checked my "Settings", and I have Android 5.1. So it has enough capacity to run the program I linked to. Mine also just installed around 53 "updates". So I think I'm going to try it. But I'm going to look around some more, just to see what's out there.
