15 years ago when I was in school. Getting classes was a pita, I don't even want too think what it would be like with more people. Never got a dime of money from the gov forschool. Paid all but $100 worth.
The clinton foundation has taken 2 bill in 15 years, no other non profit has come close to that number in thier 1 st 15 years.
The current doj/fbi investigation, was triggered when thier bank reported suspicious transactions. When do banks report you for giving them large ammounts of money?

I learned long ago what many of our elders told us: You get what you pay for, and you take things more serious when you have skin in the game. Many students don't take school serious, partly because they don't invest anything in it. Most college students take school serious, because it is costing them $$$'s.
Give college away for free, and a college education will be worthless. Even those who want to be there to learn something will suffer due to the idiots just putting off growing up.
However, we have become a lazy society that thinks we deserve everything. The sheeple will vote for whoever gives them the most. Remember the "Obama Phones" that everyone voted for? Idiots actually believed that in exchange for their vote BHO was going to personally give them a free cell phone with free service.

Adm. Borda 1996 Suicide Alledgedly shot himself in chest with handgun, disraught with
Chief of Naval questions regarding his medals that he had anwered a year
Operations earlier. He was a combat veteran from Vietnam who received
combat ribbons for some activities while there. Others, were
reclassified later to combat, afterwhich he began wearing these
as well. When questions regarding the latter ribbons arose, he
simply said he would not wear the ones in question if there was
going to be a big deal made of it. This combat veteran, and our
highest ranking naval officer, responsible for a couple of hundred
thousand service men, and always a capable officer and soldier;
now a year after settling the issue, he shoots himself over it?
Others believe that he was eliminated because he refused to
transport Chinese, Eurasian and other forces on U.S. Navy
transports to U.S. and Canadian shores for semi-permanent
"ongoing" training.
Bill Shelton 06/94 Suicide Alledgedly shot himself at gravesite of fiancee, Kathy
Ferguson,who died the month before, also from suicide.
Shelton was an Ark. state trooper who had vocally been
proclaiming that his fiancee had not committed suicide.
Alledgedly shot himself behind the left ear.
Kathy Ferguson 05/94 Suicide Ex of Ark. trooper Danny Ferguson, engaged to trooper
Bill Shelton. Danny Ferguson alledgedly escorted Paula
Jones to Clinton's hotel room and Kathy was vocal about
her knowledge in the case and was to be a corroborating
witness for Paula Jones in her sexual harrassment case
against Clinton. Alledgedly shot herself behind left ear.
Attorney for 05/94 Suicide Alledgedly jumped out of a building to kill himself. He
Dan Lassater represented Dan Lassiter, a close friend of Bill Clinton,
who was indicted on drug charges and sent to prison.
Ronald Rogers 03/94 Plane Crash Ark. dentist for Clintons, killed on way to interview with
a "London Sunday Telegraph" reporter to reveal info.
Hershell Friday 03/94 Plane Crash Clinton attorney and fund raiser. Plane blew up.

of death then changed to murder, the boys having been

The Clinton Foundation gave less than 3% in grants last year. I can't remember how many millions they made, maybe 14 million, and gave up something like $5,000.

The rules around non-profits and foundations as a whole are very complex and strict. On the low payouts, that can be explained as being an endowed fund where all income is invested and only interest on the investment goes out. However, there are also rules that state you must pay out at least a certain percentage of the returns.
I don't know what the foundation is worth, but let's use $100.00: 5% return on investment is $5.00; typically 34% of this must benefit others - $1.70; and the rest could go toward overhead and reinvestment.
Another catch, beyond overly high salaries, is who can benefit from the non-profit: Principles, trustees, board members, and THEIR FAMILIES cannot benefit from being a part. I would like to know how this, and many other tight rules, mesh with a daughter earning well into six figures.

running a non profit that has ZERO paid employees, but 6 full time( 40+ hours each) volunteers, the only thing we pay for is our lease and utilities. we are at 97.4% of are donations go straight to helping people that we are trying to help. some for things like mental health, others to help cover their medical expenses and some to take care of their hospice. In fact we are looking at buying a building to move offices into strickly so that our facility costs will be paid by others. its just trying to get $$$ right now for a non profit is really, really hard. me even putting things like my home up( paid for) is not enough. I will not take funds away from those that need it to fund a building.
when I started it, I made my mind up that I nor any one else would ever get a dime. I still pay for 100% of my travel even.

What is the big deal about seeing the first couple pages of a tax return? There are not details in there concerning the deep dark secrets that would raise red flags. Also, unlike criminal record, residency, citizenship, birth records, there is nothing concerning your eligibility to serve.
