I lost track.  Didn't Andy look into selling before his move and decide not to?

Anyway, I forwarded this info to the couple who does all my leather work.  They have built a nice building and do great work.  They have been supplying several SASS shooters in our area, and doing a lot of standard and custom work for several others.

Andy had, and sold, a gun store in Enfield NH.
One thing I notice, Andy never changed his cell phone number when he moved to NC a year or so ago.
603 is the NH area code, and 630 is a NH cell code.

Good luck Andy.  There are a number of Gun Industry companies for sale in Oregon, Crimson Trace was just bought by S&W.  I wonder if there is some trepidation on the part of company owners because of the election cycle or if it is merely a generation passing the torch?

I looked at a the possibility of buying an established company in the industry, 40+ years, but the numbers really don't work with it's current revenue and earnings.  Add to that the .gov operations that make it harder for gun industry companies to do business, the possibility of The Witch getting elected and the SCOTUS situation it is just a bit too much for the wife to jump on board-so far.  Not to mention seeing ITT get ran out of business by states and the federal government, Bill was on the payroll ($18 million) of one of their competitors, it really makes you take a look at how corrupt this country has become.

there are lots of gun biz in OR,  most of which are in that 35-40 year range where the guy that started it wants to retire.  nosler for example is about 2 miles from me.  I have been there many times.  their show room is nice, been shooting with the guy that  runs in.
