I don't get it, I was just at the dollar store buying some crap for a white elphant gift exchange.
Anyways 7 people in front of me with 1-3 items. Not one person paid in cash. Idon't get it. Ypu really did not have a dollar bill?
Why on earth would you pay with a cc/debt card for a couple bucks.
-
Ha, ha... I use cash pretty much everywhere.. I don't shop at dollar stores though.
-
its a white elephant gift so I got one of their pregnancy tests, condoms, its a boy and its a girl cards.
that is going with a bottle of meed.( so you can actually use those things)
-
I see it all the time. It's cash to many people.
-
Many people don't carry cash. Not every card you see is a credit card. Some are debit.

Not what I expected when I saw "cc" in the title.
In fact, "credit card" never even crossed my mind. LOL

funny thing, back in sac going into a dollar store. Cc was not enough, you need a gd tank to feel safe. Here, I think you could drop your wallet and some one would bring it too your address.
It really is a different world. The only time I have had one of those " I wish I was armed" moments was when I saw a coyote on my property while I was doing some land clearing for the barn/shop. ~80 yards. To far for a snubby, well at least for me.

That was a practice opportunity Tab.

not when barbwire fence is the only thing backing it up before it hits a heard of cattle...
not the best way to meet the rancher neighbor... ps I met him a couple weeks after that, he was checking the fence on horse back, with a 1911 on his hip... helped me remove 3 trees because I was all by myself. nice guy.

I use my credit cards for things over $50 and cash for things less than $20. In between it's a tossup but I usually have around $50 on me. I never used a credit card at a dollar store where I buy $10 worth of stuff once a year but if I did I'd get 1% back eventually.
