Here are high speed videos of bullets hitting glass drops and the bullets shatter. There are other videos about them too. One took about 20 tons of pressure in a hydraulic press before it broke. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24q80ReMyq0&feature=youtu.be

Really way kewl guys.  If you didn't look at the first part and see at least one of those drops shot shame on you...way kewl.

It's one of the coolest things I've ever seen. That glass is stronger than steel unless you break the tail which is fragile. Strange.
