So on the job site today, a subs ex employee can buy and slashed every ones on the job sites tires.
14 vehicles all from 3-6 tires slashed. 8 towed so far. Still waiting on my turn. 380 miles from home and the local places are out of truck tires.
Its days like this that almost drive me too drink.

I hope he does time in jail for that little stunt.

I believe jail is in his future. Fourteen vehicles, three tires per, is a minimum $4,200. Then add tires that cost more than $100 installed, more than three on a vehicle, and towing bills. How quick will this pass $10K?
This is felony damage!

Of course you could also pursue some recourse through civil courts. It may not net any return if the person is unemployed. One thought would be, after the criminal charge was settled, for each vehicle owner to file a small claims court action against the employee. Don't know what the limits are in your jurisdiction, but usually small claims are less expensive to bring to trial. I think the limit is up to $2,500 here. And the filing fee is about $50. Would beat paying an attorney to get a settlement.

What brought all of this on? Did they say why he hates everyone and everything?

fired for failing drug test, after a minor traffic accidents(sop is a test)
Truck tires are 300each. Not $100

Where I worked you had to get drug tested if you received any injury on the job that required a trip to the clinic. If you failed, you were automatically fired. That's pretty much the norm today. Now this clown not only failed the test, he's going to have criminal charges on his record.

I worked at a place that tried drug testing. The only ones who passed other than the owners were the ones they were trying to weed out.
Programmers, engineers, plant manager, owners sons, none passed. LOL

Sounds like this boob was cut from the same cloth as those two idiots in TAB's other recent thread.

I was just taking low end numbers to make the point, and it still went way past felony level.
