Have you recognized a trend with Pres. DJT? Let's step away from the simple description that he is doing what he said he would do during his campaign. He is picking people, both from within and from outside, who meet the criteria of recognizing issues and working toward solutions. He is picking strong people with proven records of making deals. He is delegating, but holding to task. And, a common thread I am recognizing is a recognition of what the Constitution has to say about, and how It deals with their responsibilities.

So far, I'm not disappointed in his choices. I love that he's told the media to phuque off for the most part and the lefties are showing the full press towards socialism in not allowing Clinton's loss to be forgotten and move on!
The fact that the Green Mountain Communist has become a major player in the party is further proof that they're going to be losing seats on a epic level in 2018. Those trends are paramount in getting back to a Constitutionally controlled, small, fiscally conservative Republic!

I agree he does appear to be using the Constitution as his game plan.

No surprise.
He built a lot of huge buildings the same way, just get proven people who will stickto the blue print.

Tom what did we learn in the military. Everything starts with a good foundation. Before you are able to do the hard things you must master the small ones. Basic rifle marksmanship. Then tactical movements. Movements to contact. Break contact. Did I just drift. Back to what I was saying start with the basics the hard stuff will fall in line.

I am also good with most of his picks that I have knowledge of. They are proven productive people who know their business.
I am also getting comfortable with the idea of just laughing at the contortions of the left, and actually enjoying more and more the snowflakes melting.

Although, an early pick has just come back to bite him in the butt: Mike Flynn resigned late yesterday after being caught lying about having contact with the Russian ambassador.
Apparently the lesson of Whitewater and subsequent scandals was not learned by Flynn. It is not the initial bad action that will get you. It IS the cover-up.

While I have to admit I'm not up on all the details my take on the Flynn flap is that he deceived the administration about the details of his contacts with Russia. When the admin found out about it, he's "FIRED". Seems like they were much more ethical and straightforward than many previous administrations. No coverup, no floundering. Once they found out he deceived them he was out.
Did I miss something?

From what I hear, Pence was kept in the dark for more than a week. Seems they were looking for a way to get through this while letting Flynn retain his position. I think Trump wanted solid relationships with the Ruskies and Flynn was trying to accomplish his boss's desires. He (Flynn) did have very strong contacts within the Russian political elite. Still, there was no, "I am not a crook," moment, and Trump put a quick cap on erroneous reports.
What IS distressing about all this is that the so-call Intelligence Community leaked the Flynn information to the lame stream media. That indicates the Intelligence Community is intentionally trying to cause harm to the lawfully elected Trump Administration. Now, many of these loony lefties are leftovers from Odamna and may soon find their way to the unemployment lines. But what this actually amounts to is a coup attempt. I think we are in greater trouble in this country of ours than just simple political disagreements would indicate.
