Title: DC Circuit will NOT re hear Parker case !!

Have heard from a couple of sources that the en blanc hearing of the Parker vs DC has been turned down by the DC Curcuit court.

Next stop, Supreme Court?  This one could make us or break us guys.  Lets hope that we have enough honest judges on the Supreme Court to rule on the side of history and the Constitution.

REMEMBER, THEY CAN ALWAYS DECIDE NOT TO HEAR IT AND THEN THE DECISION STANDS. KIND OF LIKE THE GOVERNOR OR PRESIDENT NOT SIGNING SOMETHING, 30 DAYS LATER IT'S LAW BUT WITHOUT THEIR BLESSING.
