of Oregon, came to visit last month. He is divorced from an uber libturd that worked on BOTH Obummer campaigns and the Hillary lied and people died, campaign.
His new girlfriend, soon to be fiance' came out to flyover country for the end of the week.
Gotta say, I approve of this one. She is a Libertarian. With an Oregon CCL, or whatever they call it. She carries an SP101 .357 with a 3" bbl. A revolver that is on my will be purchased list.
The boy is beginning to see the light about concealed carry, and that responsibility for self, is a responsibility of self.
I like the girl well enough to have bought her an RTIC travel mug, and some speed loaders for the SP.
BTW, She carried the snubbie that my wife keeps by the bed while she was here. She told me, 'Rights don't have borders'. Did I mention I like this girl?

It's good your boy is finally on the "right" track.
-
Sounds like you need to advise your son to let this woman "hen-peck" him.

If she is west of the cascades, that is one rare bird. East of the cascades, they are a dime a dozen... and people still wonder why I moved where I did and am building a new house in a ranching community. I just need too find the time too build it... had the wood in the barn since june lol. Will be finished with a very large contract end of tge month, I hope October is kind so I can get it water tight.

since photobucket crapped on us, I don't know what hosting site to use. Not that I was very good at it anyway.
-
Tiny pic is not too bad. It took me weeks too get all my pics off of photo bucket. I had several accounts and thousands of pictures.
-
If I had a woman like that I'd marry her. It would be nice to have someone have my 6 for a change.
-
As someone from the east side of the state, I must agree, she is a rare one! Now they just need to get out of there! Bend is even too close to the loonies! Come to the desert, its hours away from the madness...

Gawd, we really need a like button here!

Print the page out and send it to his ex.
That should be good for a laugh.

I had an aunt and uncle, along with 2 cousins from Bend. Back in the 60's it was a nice place. Now it's got too much retirement overflow from the Portland area. Which has always been an inbred, left wing loony farm. It's the same with Lake Havasu City and Prescott in Arizona. Both have been infiltrated by California libtards. And with them comes their liberal government mentality. It's getting the same way with all the whining Hispanics in Tucson. Lake Havasu is no longer western Arizona. It's been transformed into eastern California.

I grew up in Central Washington, moved to Portland Metro area Oregon after 30+ years to be with my wife and about 10 years ago fled south about an hour on I-5. Like many of you I have been all over God's green earth and there are a few places that match the beauty and climate of our Willamette Valley. I began working with our 2A state group about 7 years ago and with the way the Legislation has gone the last two years we have thought about an exit strategy. Idaho or Montana are where we would likely move too but I won't do so without a fight. Funny, our last sheriff and a few retired politicians have all left for the same area we are looking at ???

I am really thinking idaho, but my better half does not like the cold and has too be near a major hospital.
Funny thing the only thing I miss about ca is the ethnic food. Everything else I could careless. Then again, I have an offer on my construction company right now, that I could retire on. It is the do not compete clause I am struggling with. The no form of construction for 5 years would be rough for me.
-
TAB, if I may be so rude to ask. What area are you living in now?
-
TAB, if you would be set financially, you might consider doing Charity Work at no profit?..if that is allowed...like homes for disabled Vets?
In 5 years you can get back at making money and have a lot of warm feelings too.
I imagine the "no competition" clause is there so you don't take your existing customers with you?
-

currently bend and madras or. I already am on the board for 2 charitys. I can not do the building homes for people thing, tried it with habitat for humanity, paint your heart out, and a couple others I can not remember right now. I don't handle babysitting volunteers very well. Part of it is no contractor's license, so that really limits me, unless I am doing owner/ builder.
It is not about the money, I know I will get bored. If I do take the deal, it will be use that money to fund buying rentals and living off them.
-
If you want warmer move down south here. Oklahoma get's plenty warm.
You should get them to isolate the non-compete clause to certain states only.....if you can.
Then there is Texas....lots of ethnic food there and no state income tax. Property tax is a bug-a-boo though.
Arkansas. Have you thought about Arkansas? Warm but not beastly hot like Oklahoma or humid like Houston and the gulf coast. Snow every now and then. Cold for a bit then gone. Enough rain...not too much. I'd move there in a heartbeat if it weren't for my wife. She thinks if we move to Arkansas we'll "sprout buck teeth and become 1st cousins"....suffice to say there is an issue with image she can't get around. I had my eye on this place: https://www.trulia.com/property/3117205796-335-Ballard-Ln-Clinton-AR-72031 (https://www.trulia.com/property/3117205796-335-Ballard-Ln-Clinton-AR-72031). If you let me visit I'll let you hunt bears on some land I own outside of Alread, AR....
-
I use too go back to cabet every other year for duck hunting. I would have no issue moving there, sarah on the other hands, no way in hell. She even thinks madras is too.red neck. Texas is out, when I was a boomer I spent a lot of time in the oil fields painiting lines/ tanks/ what ever, the ammount of corruption I saw made chicago look good( not joking) her parents live in ok, her father makes kemo.drugs and makes $$$$. We do mot get along, her mom loves me, but I don't think I would piss on her dad if.he was on fire. He is super libtard. I like where I am, just hate the portland politics and the ca bailers bringing it here(yes, I know I am one, but I am so conservative it is not even funny. I am right of most of the ranchers here)
-
Cabot...over by the air base?
Well heck, next time you are in OK and if you are around Tulsa we can put some rounds downrange at USSA. Chemo drugs....sounds like maybe OKC or Norman? Maybe he made the chemo drugs that helped my wife....if he feels guilty about healthcare then he can give me some money back.
I understand about the oilfield corruption...I have fought that my entire career. When the providers find out I'm honest I get lower prices on equipment and services.
-
They live in okc, I guess the drugs have super short half lives so thats why they are centrally located. He has 2 phds. a few years back I put a $27,000 water heating system in their house. it had five separate tankless water heaters. he really is one of those liberal Highly Educated pieces of shit.

He may be "highly educated", but he sure as hell isn't much for common sense. If he was OK with spending $27K for hot water! Tell him I'll sell him a hell of a mailbox for only $6K.
-
Tab since you were in OKC, have you ever visited H&H Shooting Sports? They have a few indoor ranges to go along with selling firearms and ammo. Nice collection of shotguns too.
I've shot a couple of oilfield competitions there.

actually for 6 tankless all on separate recirculating systems, that is not bad In ca it would have been 20k more.
-
I wonder what he gets for his $27K that I am missing with my $325 Kenmore?
-
There was ~$21k in just parts.. they have a 8400 sqft home and a 3100 sqft guest house.
-
Tab....tell them I need the guest house two or three weekends from now. My wife and I need to go to OKC and it would only be right considering how much we paid for that med. I mean, ....fair is fair. Right?
Oh, and we'll be bringing the dogs. They don't mind kennels, do they? ;)
-

Indeed!!!
Heck, let's ALL meet up and have a house party.
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
At $30k per treatment and twelve treatments, my wife got a piece of that too (insurance paid the most, but still took us six years to pay our portion)......same with one of our sons.
