Got my yearly, cholesterol is 153, blood pressure is normalized, sugars are a bit high but I've been cheating.  Down about 15 lbs from last year!  Getting back on track since I my baby had another baby girl in October!  Going to pick up golf again after a 15 year hiatus.  Something to get my exercise in even though I'll need to use a cart.

The beard is getting a bit long and quite white, I may apprentice for a Santy Claws position this winter!
