Title: Can't Upload Photos/Attachments

Since the forum upgrade it gives an error message saying "Cannot access attachments upload path!" any time someone attempts to attach a photo as an upload.

(http://) A couple of pictures from last year's trip that included Tinian Island across from Saipan.  One is a dedication you can read.  The second is the foundation of the building where they assembled the first nuke dropped on Japan.  Lastly some of the surviving Iwo Jima veterans on Iwo Jima on the 74th commemoration of the battle.
