on a separate note... the stray cat population around town has been greatly reduced... more sightings of coyotes

Oh, I?m sure there is.  Trapping is still popular in New England.

Mike... if that comment was directed at me, no... not too much trapping in Florida that I'm aware of,  other than alligator... there is, however, a population of constrictors that decimating the small animal population in the Everglades.. maybe python skin boots will make a comeback
