Getting old sucks....but it is better than the alternative! 

and to go with getting old, tomorrow starts my Two Day Prep for a colonoscopy on Wed....let the good times roll  =)

I hope you do well with the "procedure".  I had one early December and surgery mid-January to remove a pre-cancerous growth.  I'm glad I had the "procedure"....despite it being a literal pain in the ass.

Yes...all correct...but a slight silver lining for me in the Corona Virus ordeal...VA Med Center called this morning to reschedule the "procedure" for mid May to limit exposure during this period.
