Have you ever noticed how silent a warm summer evening is on year twelve?  Of course, year 13-17 is Cicada Orgy.

Haven’t heard one since I moved to central MA 23 years ago!  They’re down on the Cape and near Plymouth...

Lots o liberals, no cicadas...

Last summer I saw a Cicada for the 1st time to know what it was .
Ugly little bastard.
I thought they would look more Grasshopper/ Cricket like.
