Title: The wall of shame keeps growing

just got my mail.  An former attorney ( notice the word former)  that did some work for my company, that did a flat out horrible job, didn't respond  to calls phone calls or certified letters.  Has been disbarred. Permanently. 

I swear I don't go looking for these people. 

I am so sick and tired of having to train people bow to do thier job.

Well, don't be too sorry for the attorney. We had one here in Savannah, GA who was running for office last Nov. Turns out she was disbarred - twice. First time for sure, she then wanted the ruling overturned 10 years later. The review committee reminded her that she had been disbarred on 2 counts, and even they removed the one, she was still liable for prosecution under the second if she was re-admitted to the bar.

BTW, she won the election for county commissioner.

a little birdy.   Knowing what it takes to get some one disbarred. Only an idiot would try to get thier lic back.  They have to basically commit  a felony to lose it.    Luckily  perjury  is a felony

He was out right disbarred after Monica. Nobody remembers, he's no longer eligible to hold public office.
