Only the recall has to be 50%+1

Arnold won ca with about 25% of the votes after Davis was recalled.   If he locks ca down again, he will be recalled.

Larry Elder is like Jon Stossel, they have been calling BS since the late 80's.

I would SO love to see him win.   ;D
But if he doesn't get the Legislature with him he'll be just as screwed as Arnie.
