I still don't have a barbecue gun, but got a pair of fancy looking knives from Tyrant CNC Thursday. They're the T.D.C. (Tyrant Daily Carry) 001 with a 3 inch blade, and the T.D.C. 002 with a 2.75 inch blade, but it says 3 inch on their site. They're made with D2 steel, high durometer EPDM rubber, and 6061 aluminum. They each come in solid black too, if you want them to match your formal wear, I mean tactical gear. They're both pretty sharp, and thanks to the ball bearing action open smooth as butta. Tyrant Designs products are mostly GUN PARTS and are CNC-machined in CHICAGO. Can you believe that? :o And they're the ones who invented skeletonized AR-15 grips, so they've been doing this stuff awhile.

Okay, I'm not generally "showy" but I'd jump on this IF, it came in clip point and with an Emmerson Wave.
I wonder if there's a way to retrofit an E-wave in place of the little posts?

I don't know about that, but a lot of times when I'm using a tanto blade, I cut with that front "corner" like I would with the belly of a clip blade. BTW, my aluminum snow shovel is full of holes where I wanted to test the piercing ability of a tanto blade. It didn't hurt the knife at all, and now I have a high-speed low-drag tactical snow shovel. I'm a cool operator with that thing. ;D
