I’m not a psychiatrist nor do I pretend to be one, but I recognize unstable behavior when I see it, and Biden’s behavior is becoming even more increasingly and uncontrollably appalling than in the past. I posit that this behavior is indicative of person “literally” coming apart at the seams and only barely being held together by drugs, pills and medications that would prevent people from obtaining a CDL License, much less having access to the nation’s nuclear codes.

An article today said when asked the WH Press Sec said it was Biden's decision to have the press conference after the Hur report. She refused to comment on who, if anyone tried to discourage the idea.
So we're in a very dark territory here. A President who doesn't think there's anything wrong with himself and a WH staff who's unwilling to stick their necks out. Let's just hope he doesn't do too much damage before it's gets sorted out.

More damage...dang...he's trashed about everything. And it could be worse. Libs are floating trial balloons if he doesn't just step down. One of them, and maybe a leading idea, is for Cameltoe to declare him incompetent. That would be easy.
She's a whole new world of hurt.

Here's more than one pundit's prediction.
LABOR DAY. Biden will step down from the election and Michelle Obama will be selected by the DNC to be their candidate. Biden will remain in office until Jan 2025.
Now it's a big "IF" contingent upon Biden willingly stepping down. Given that he's an unstable arrogant, narcissistic, sociopathic, egotist who believes he alone is worthy this might be very difficult. "They" will probably threaten him with complete removal from office using a secret collection of evidence they've been amassing. But he might not go willingly.

He will be willing a week or so after they show him the dirt they have. That's probably how long it will take his wife to explain it to him.

Michelle? Naw...I've been hearing that. I think there are too many wannabees out there to leapfrog into that spot. But...if she has the polling then she may get it.

I have heard that M. Obama does not like being the public person that much. During her eight years she stayed secluded when she wasn't at an event. Supposedly a very private person.
I don't argue a last-minute bait and switch, but I fear Pritzker. Newsom Lite ... Four hundred pounds of light, but the same Socialist/Communist mix. Newsom anti everything freedom, and pro-control.
