Anyone have any experience with any of these pistols?
The Dagger and MC9 look interesting.
Sar9c
PSA Dagger
Canik Mete MC9
Delta M
SCR9

For what they are probably Canik, but then PSAs look good, too.
Reasonable, not cheap, was my guide in replacing my P320C. For me the FN609Midsize gave me the most gun still legal for IDPA Compact Carry division. Though I kicking myself at FN magazine prices.

PSA and Canik are the two I'm looking at the hardest.
I'm mostly looking for something thinner than a the Glock 27 I've carried for 20+ years. Sciatic nerve and hip issues put me to carrying my Colt .38 snubbie in my front pocket for a while and I'd like to transition back to a semi-auto....just something thinner/lighter than the G27.
I have a neighbor down the road that just opened a shop and can get these a tickle cheaper than advertised so I might venture into the S&W Shield territory as well (Never owned a S&W). I know that'll be a little more money, but both my sons carry S&W 9mm as EDC and like them.

<FN509 not a 609>
Juggling all the variables isn’t easy. Size, durability, reliability, cost, and… and…
It’s no wonder we all end up at a different end.

Have you thought about a single stack like a Glock 43 or an offering by KelTec? My wife has a Glock 43, and I have a Keltec PT111. Both have served us well. The PT111 is the same size as the Glock 43. The only downside is the limited number of rounds they carry. Regardless of any other gun I might have on (usually a 1911) I always have that single-stack PT 111 in my pocket.

I subscribe to the "Sheriff Jim Wilson" school of thought: 99.9% of altercations involving CCW are settled with what's in the gun or less. The likelihood of being in a 'running firefight' are slim-to-none, so round count isn't as important as accuracy.
I've handled and checked out the G43 for my cousin and it's a consideration as well.

Blurb from SAR - Born from NATO-spec requirements and proven through exhaustive testing that would make other manufacturers blush, the SAR9 Fullsize has earned its stripes by thriving in conditions from Arctic cold to desert heat and salt exposure. While other brands talk about quality, Sarsilmaz puts ours through 150,000 rounds of live fire testing – because your safety shouldn’t be left to chance. From the little bit I've read about them they're reliable, but the Canik METE looks better to my eye. Whatever you get, there's a good chance Taylor Freelance has extended basepads, and maybe even a solid brass backstrap. I'm still thinking about getting a Glock 19-size Shadow Systems MR920 Elite. They weigh about 40% less than my Para LDA 12.45 which is the same size. I love my Paras, but don't want to pack that much weight. They're close to a grand without any discounts, so not the same league as a PSA Dagger, etc., but the Dagger is on sale for $239.99. For that price I could buy one for myself and another one for... myself. I have 2 hands, so why not 2 pistols? ;)
