That could cause irreparable damage to the interpretation of our Constitution.  Hopefully, Berg has found an honest judge who will act sooner.  We have until January 19th, 2009.  The clock is ticking.....

Just now being reported the judge threw the case out. pure BS and I wonder if he was a Clinton appointment  :'( :-\
