Ohio's Head of Job and Family Services Approved a Child-Support Search on Joe Wurzelbacher Immediately After Third Debate;
Her Excuse? "Oh, We Always Do That"
Confirmed: Max Donor to Obama

Yes, Helen Jones-Kelley just happens to be a maximum $2300 contributor to Barack Obama.

But she provides this sort of illegal intrusion into personal records for anyone who "comes into the public light." It's a public service, you see.

His name was also searched at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, in the Toledo Police Department's criminal records, and in the office of the AG.

Ohio Inspector General Thomas P. Charles confirmed today that he is investigating the incident to determine if "Joe''s" records were legally accessed by Job and Family Services employees.

The use of a state computer system to search for information on Wurzelbacher is the fourth uncovered by The Dispatch.

Democrat Gov. Ted Strickland [who appointed Jones-Kelly this past January] is satisfied that there are no political overtures to the check on Wurzelbacher
, a spokesman said.

The Toledo Police Department confirms that one of its records clerks has been charged with performing an unlawful search of Joe The Plumber’s records.

Quote
Toledo Police have confirmed that a TPD records clerk is accused of performing an illegal search of information related to ‘Joe the Plumber.’

Julie McConnell, has been charged with Gross Misconduct for allegedly making an improper inquiry into a state database in search of information pertaining to Samuel Wurzelbacher on Oct. 16.

Wurzelbacher came under the spotlight after being spoken about during the final presidential debate between Barack Obama and John McCain.

The inquiry into Wurzelbacher’s record is a violation of department and state policy governing the use of the Law Enforcement Automated Data System. The clerk is under fire for making the inquiry for a non-law enforcement purpose.

McConnell was hired by the Toledo Police Department in April 1995 and assigned to the Investigative Services Bureau.

Plumber to Obama: “Your new tax plan is going to tax me more. Isn’t it?”

Obama: “It’s not that I want to punish your success, I just want to make sure that everybody that is behind you, that they have a chance for success too. I think that when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”

BarryO knocked on his door and the question is one that is on all non kool aid drinkers minds. The Dems reaction to JTP is further evidence of their Marxist-Leninist positions, and what we all can expect from a Democrat government.

Unfortunately, I live within spitting distance of Ohio, not that I would waste my precious saliva.  We, here in the great state of Kentucky, have a joke older than the hills regarding our brethern to the north.  Why do birds fly upside down over Ohio?  Nothing worth sh***ing on there!   ;D
