I think that might be considered brandishing...... nice attempt by MSNBC(D) to sensationalize things, however.

I have to politely disagree, while I am certain many anti-gun people will be upset by that photo, the more they see people showing their arms, the smaller the negative emotional response they will have. Firearms owned by good people need to come out of the closet.

That idea is somewhat trumped by the many "brandishing" references in gun laws. You show it, you're a whacko...it's hard to fight a setup like that.

That means the next thing to do is get open carry passed so there is no brandishing. Just law-abiding citizens who are not sheep.

Thank God I live in NH. Here, open carry is what you do if you are to cheap to spend $10 for a CCW.  ;D
