Has anyone else seen this? Maybe it has already been discussed and I missed it. If so, sorry to waste bandwith but, this is really scary! If anyone has a link to anymore of this speech, I would like to see it. This little short one, taken by itself, is really, really scary! :o

Sounds scary but the segment is so short can't really make out the context of the statement. Oh well, I already voted it is was not for Obama.

I did a Google search on Obama's civilian security force and found some information. Not too much clear information on it. Best one I found is http://bulletin.aarp.org/states/il/articles/obama_outlines_plan_for_national_service.html.
It sounds like a program like the Peace Corps and the AmeriCorps and the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) but the name with security is worrisome. To me the article has a lot of smoke and mirrors from Obama which suggests just what the youtube video and some of you have said here.
