My three are Rem.GoldenSaber,CorbonHP and DPX. The Reminton are top but sometimes cal. not aviable like in .357SIG. The i use Corbon or Speer(if i have too). DPX in my G35 is the most accurate and if i can see them they are BUMMING!!! ;D Regular Corbon HP out of any Mag. revolver which starts with a .4- and depending which is on hand for the pocket 38S&W but most of time Rem.GS+P's.

I tried a couple of different ammo makes on the list and let my glock make my decision. Federal Hydrashock in 9mm make her really ;D.

I am suprised at the poll so far ,hydroshock and sabres in the lead along with other. The "other" isnt a suprise, obviously some "loaders" out there. I carry Black Talons in my .40 because they have a great track record and I bought a bunch before they "banned" them ,really just changed the name to avoid law suits, although the Ranger and the Talon are not the same round. The coating on the Talon bullet was not carried over to the Ranger. I carry Gold Dots in my .45, simply because the research I have done says they are very consistant and expansion is exceptional. I have a S&W 649 which I load with Glasers or a +p semi jacket lead hollow point I had reloaded for me.

I voted other for Winchester Silvertips. I use the 185's in my XD .45, because most of the +p's tend to affect my follow up shots (I sometimes carry Golden Sabre 185 +p's, because they are not too bad on recoil). The 230's penetrate too much for my liking, so I like the 185's. I am also very confident that they will expand under normal circumstances. I also like the Winchester Ranger 115 +p+ in 9mm for my Taurus Mil Pro. It packs a punch, but is not too bad on recoil. And finally for my Taurus 85, I use Remington 158 +p lead HP's, because they are easy to handle and are proven to say the least.

As I generally carry revolvers, usually a Model 60 Smith and Wesson snubby in my front pocket or a 4" 686 in a pancake holster, nothing that I've tried beats the short barrel 135 gr. Speer Gold Dot .38+P for accuracy and expansion. Really a great carry round. I use 130 gr. Federal American Eagle .38 FMJ for practice with a cylinder or two of the Gold Dots to finish up at the range. But for personal protection, I only carry Speer Gold Dot .38+P, with an HKS 5 or 6 shot speedloader, also filled with Gold Dot .38+P, in my left front pocket.

You should see what the 185+Ps do to bowling pins. AWSOME SHOW !!! ;D
More than once a match are the +Ps called on for those bloated pins three times the original weight.
Oh and i have trust them totally on those pesky 2legged animals yup.
